Karaburun-Sazan

Karaburun-Sazan is Albania's marine national park, covering the Karaburun peninsula and Sazan Island near Vlorë, and these articles cover visiting it. There are no roads into the park, so most visitors arrive by boat to swim in its coves and see its caves and cliffs. Our guides describe Karaburun's roadless coast, Sazan Island and Grama Bay, where sailors carved inscriptions into the rock over many centuries. Others cover Vlora's old town and beaches, its main sights and Gjipe Beach to the south.
