What is the cancellation policy for this tour?
You book with a 10% deposit per person. The deposit is fully refundable until 30 days before departure; within 30 days of departure it is non-refundable.
How does the 10% deposit work?
You confirm your booking by paying 10% of the price per person. The remaining 90% is paid on the first day of the tour, to our representative at the tour vehicle, by card, cash or bank transfer. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the start date.

We had a great time with an excellent company in our trip in the Balkans. They were always attentive and responsive to our inquiries. Flexible enough to accommodate our special requests for transportation and provided lodging according to what was planned. Our guide, Henri, provided a general overview of history and culture, helping us to have a glimpse of that interesting area. We will definitely recommend the services provided by the company

What can we say about our tour guide, Anest? He was wonderful!!! He opened the line of communication before our tour began so that we would know exactly where and when to meet? My travel partner is a senior so he was more than happy to offer a hand and help in whatever way needed. I especially liked that he made provisions for her while we went on to some of the more difficult terrains. He was also kind enough to stop for washroom breaks when needed. Because we travelled in low season, we were a very small group. The tour was well laid out and covering 3 countries in 3 days was exceptional. We learned much about the Albanian and Balkan cultures. The recommended restaurants provided delicious meals at an affordable price. The hotels were lovely as well... located in the heart of the action making it easy to explore on foot. I would highly recommend this tour and without a doubt, I give all stars to Anest. You're the best!!! Thanks so much from your Canadian friends.

Easy and enjoyable trip
The tour was nicely organized and easy to enjoy. We visited some interesting places and still had enough free time to explore on our own. The guide and transportation were reliable, which made the trip stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good way to see a bit of the Balkans in a short time.

Good guide, but itinerary had issues
The itinerary was well curated however we did not cover everything written on the itinerary, partially because some of the sights were closed during this time of the year. In some instances the tour guide was surprised the itinerary I was given at the time of booking had things included that they usually don’t cover, so it was disappointing we didn’t cover them. I escalated this to the tour operator during the trip but they didn’t respond, which was surprising as they were quick to respond to my questions at the time of booking. I was also let down on one of the accommodation. The tour guide informed me that they probably had to put me in alternative hotel as they didn’t have availability in the usual one. The room had spider webs, broken bathroom door, rude staff, and no water/tea/coffee in the room. The tour guide was nice and friendly however I didn’t appreciate the tour guide was overly accommodating to the preferences of the other two (mother and daughter), covering/excluding/rushing things as they demanded, at the detriment of the itinerary.
