1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Albania Inbound (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and the customer booking any tour, travel service, or related product (“the Client”, “you”). By booking a service with the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Albania Inbound offers the following main services:

a) Multi-Day Tours / Travel Packages, including group tours, Balkan tours, and private multi-day tours.

b) Day Tours, including group one-day tours within Albania and nearby Balkan countries, as well as private day tours.

1.3 Upon request, we can provide a variety of additional travel services separate from the above such as: Hotel accommodations, guided tours, online tickets, car rentals, boat trips, zip line activities, wine tastings, hiking tours, car and bus transfers, and other similar services.

1.4 Most services listed under section 1.3 are already included within our day tours and multi-day tour packages.

1.5 With a dedicated team of experienced Albanian Travel Destination Agents, Albania Inbound offers custom-made itineraries tailored to the preferences of private travellers, groups, corporate clients, and partner travel agencies.

2. Multi – Day Tours:

2.1 Booking & Payment Terms

As payment for your booking, Albania Inbound requires only a 10% deposit of the total tour cost. Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal from our website or Bank Transfer. If you wish to proceed booking via bank, contact us via WhatsApp or email: +355692380166 / in**@************nd.com and one of our representatives will provide you the necessary information.

Once the deposit is received, you will receive an email confirming you’re booking.

The rest of the payment (90%) is due the first day of travel. A representative of our company will be present at the tour vehicle to collect the payment. The payment can be done via: Credit / Debit Card, CASH or Bank Transfer.

2.2 Cancelation Policy:

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the tour start date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Exceptions to the cancelation policy will be Force Majure events such as: Natural disasters, political or social unrest, major infrastructure failures, epidemics/pandemics.

2.3 Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of all travellers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.

Please note that should your visa not be sufficient upon arrival, the cancelation policy still stands and will be applied.

For Multi Day Trips that cross the border of Albania / Balkan tours, you are responsible for ensuring that you possess the necessary travel documents to cross the border. Be advised that different countries have different regulations. The agency is not liable if you are denied entry. We will offer our support to assist you with logistics and to regroup with the tour

however the tour will proceed as scheduled, and you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.

Please note that in case the only option would be to discontinue the tour, the cancelation policy remains in effect.

3. Day Tours:

3.1 Booking & Payment Terms

Day Tours at our tour page is available for booking. The payments for the day tours can be done with Credit / Debit card or PayPal on the tour page at the booking section. Bank Transfers are also an option. If you wish to proceed booking via bank, contact us via WhatsApp or email: +355692380166 / in**@************nd.com and one of our representatives will provide you the necessary information.

Once the payment is finalised you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

3.2 Cancelation Policy

Reservations for day tours have a 24-hour cancelation policy. Should you wish to cancel the tour at least 24 hours before the tour start time, full refund will be issued. The funds will be directed at the payment option you initiated the payment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Exceptions to the 24 hours cancelation policy will be Force Majure events such as: Natural Disasters, Political -Social Unrest, major infrastructure failures, epidemics/pandemics.

3.3 Travel Documents & Responsibilities

If you are joining a day tour within the territory of Albania, a ID documents is not necessarily required but it is advised for you to hold at least a valid ID card or Passport.

For Day Trips that cross the border of Albania, you are responsible for ensuring that you possess the necessary travel documents to cross the border. Be advised that different countries have different regulations. The agency is not liable if you are denied entry. The tour will proceed as scheduled, and you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation back to Tirana.

4. Other Travel Services

4.1 The term “Other Travel Services” includes all bookable touristic services that Albania Inbound has license to sell or operate like: accommodation hotels / apartments / guesthouses, car rentals, bus rental, tickets to museums / parks, airline tickets, cruise tickets etc.

4.2 Albania Inbound offers the service to arrange / book other travel services in the name of the customers if requested by them.

4.3 None of the above services is refundable if the cancelation request is less then 24 hours from the start of the activity / event no matter the agreement between us and the providers. Refund requests that are sent more than 1 day before the start of the activity / event will be processed based on the terms, conditions and agreement between us and the providers. Before purchasing a service, the terms and conditions for each service will be provided.

5. General terms

5.1 Albania Inbound is not liable for changes to tour schedules caused by weather, strikes, or any other force majeure events.

5.2 Albania Inbound reserves the right to change routes, schedules, or itineraries, when necessary, due to weather conditions, road issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to minimize possible losses arising from such situations.

6. Privacy policy and Legal standing

6.1 Upon booking, Albania Inbound will keep the following information in their system: Name registered to booking, nationality provided, booking locale, email address, phone number and payment method.

6.2 Under no circumstance does Albania Inbound store or have the ability to view any credit card numbers, expiry dates, full name of card owner registered or CVC numbers.

6.3 Albania Inbound reserves the right to offer email and phone number to staff members managing the tour, tour guides or partner operators with which client is scheduled for a tour. This is done for a more efficient communication.

6.4 Should client make an error in an email address and/or phone number or register an email address which for any reason has problems receiving messages, Albania Inbound cannot be held accountable for any breach in communication. Should clients not respond to messages, Albania Inbound cannot be held accountable for any problems arising due to lack of communication.
