The Una is famous for its extraordinary clear, emerald water, and Štrbački buk is where it shows its full power. Wooden paths and viewpoints lead around the falls, letting you see the cascades from above and below. The park was created in 2008 to protect the upper course of the river, its canyon and its rich wildlife.
The area is also a centre for rafting and kayaking, and the nearby village of Martin Brod has its own beautiful series of falls.
The road to the falls is partly gravel; allow time for the drive from Bihać and pay the small park entry fee at the gate.
